Our chosen partner for delivery has been carefully selected for their high level of attention to detail; for the professional care of the furniture, the polite respect for you, the customer and your home. In fact, the company operates exclusively as a furniture delivery service, so it's good to know that these guys come with come with a wealth of specialist experience in the sector.

Huutt's delivery rates are extremely competitive. It's the same cost wherever you live in the United Kingdom (there are a few minor postcode exceptions such as the Scottish Islands, or remote parts of the mainland). Many other companies charge variable rates - and these often increase dramatically outside the M25 London orbital motorway.

When you place your order, we'll check your postcode. Then, if it's an area where surcharges are applicable, we'll advise you at the point of sale - before we process your order - giving you the opportunity to cancel if you wish.

Packaging and Inspection of Your Delivery

All sofas, chairs, beds and mattresses are wrapped in a very heavy-gauge polythene – with critical points such as the feet, wrapped in foam or bubble wrap.

Your purchases will be off-loaded from the vehicle using a two-man service, then placed in the room of your choice.

We're committed to doing everything we possibly can, to ensure that your purchases arrive in perfect condition. However, very occasionally damages may occur. As your furniture will be unwrapped for you, you'll be able to inspect it properly. If you see any damage at the point of delivery this must be brought to the attention of the drivers, and signed for, noting the damage and its exact location. Also, please make sure that the person at home, signing for the delivery, has your authorization to do so.


Should you, regrettably, come across a major problem, it's much easier to return the product on the same vehicle – this will speed up the replacement process, should that be necessary.

If you specifically request that the product is not unwrapped, you'll be asked to sign a ‘disclaimer' by the drivers. Your statutory rights will not be affected.

In order to keep cost down to the minimum, we don't take the wrapping materials away. However, all materials are recyclable, so we would ask that you dispose of them responsibly, so that they can be.
