All our sofas, chairs and footstools are carefully hand-made to order at our independent workshops in Long Eaton, Derbyshire - recognised as the centre of excellence for the British upholstery industry.

Making to delivery time is usually between 12-14 weeks, extra bespoke requirements may take longer.  

Our chosen partners are always selected for their for their professional knowledge of furniture delivery.

Please note, interior accessory items will vary - please see the descriptions for each individual product.

As we are a small company, communication regarding delivery will often come directly from us, by email.  You may also receive notifications directly from one of our transport partner companies.  We usually deliver on weekdays.  You can expect to be notified of the date - approximately one week before your furniture is due to be delivered, and again 24 hours before the delivery day - with an update of the time slot.  Our drivers will also need a contact telephone no. for the person accepting the delivery.

As a guide, single armchairs footstools and side tables -  £85 + VAT.

Sofas  £165 + VAT  – we will make a reduction for multiple orders.

Corner sofas are from £155 + VAT.

These prices apply to most postcodes in the UK. However, there may be a few exceptions such as the Scottish Islands, or remote parts of the mainland.

When you place your order, we'll check your postcode. Then, if it's an area where surcharges are applicable, we'll advise you at the point of sale - before we process your order - giving you the opportunity to cancel if you wish.

Our delivery teams will carefully place your Huutt furniture in a downstairs room of choice. 

Please carefully check access e.g. dimensions of doorways, narrow hallways - and remove any existing furniture, artwork or breakable ornaments that could potentially get in the way.

Upstairs or restricted access may incurr additional charges.  Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds for furniture being returned to us due to access problems.

So, it' important to let us know before you place your order with us, about any concerns you may have ... We're here to help find a way!

We're working hard to find more sustainable, eco-friendly solutions  fit for purpose for our larger items of furniture. We do currently re-use as much plastic wrapping as possible.  Remember to return the wrapping to our drivers after you have properly inspected your furniture.
